It explains eligibility, timelines, condition requirements, and refund methods for United States customers unless a different agreement applies to a custom order.
Products covered
Covered items include the Morning Anchor Journal, Evening Calm Kit, Comfortiva Weekly Rhythm Bundle, and any future Comfort Products listed on zaltyrexximol with a published price and description. Digital downloads, if offered separately, will have return rules stated at purchase and may differ from physical goods.
Comfortiva may issue limited editions or studio-only variants. Those items will display any additional return restrictions before checkout, such as final sale status for numbered releases.
Standard return window
You may initiate a return within thirty calendar days of delivery for Comfort Products that remain in new or gently unused condition suitable for restocking. The return window begins on the carrier’s recorded delivery date to the address provided at checkout. Orders picked up at the Orlando studio begin on the pickup date noted in Comfortiva’s records.
Condition requirements
Journals and paper inserts must be free from writing, creasing, or personalization unless a manufacturing defect is documented. Kits must include all components, original wrapping where applicable, and intact safety seals on consumable items that shipped sealed.
If a Comfort Product arrives damaged or incomplete, contact Comfortiva within seven calendar days of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue. Comfortiva will arrange replacements or refunds as appropriate without treating the matter as a standard change-of-mind return.
How to start a return

Shipping costs for returns

Non-returnable situations

Warranty for manufacturing defects
Comfortiva warrants that Comfort Products will arrive free from manufacturing defects for ninety days from delivery. This limited warranty covers workmanship and materials under normal use for consumer journaling, planning, and relaxation contexts described on zaltyrexximol. It does not cover damage from misuse, spills, or environmental conditions outside recommended storage guidance.
How state laws may apply
Some states grant additional rights for consumers. Nothing in this Policy limits those rights. Where state law requires longer return periods for certain defects, Comfortiva will comply with the longer period.
